Suzanne Burbank, OTR/L, CLT

Suzanne is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), and Certified Lymphedema Therapist
(CLT) with over 8 years of experience in outpatient, home health and subacute settings. She received her
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011 from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL.
Suzanne recently relocated back to Florida from Connecticut where she was an OT/CLT with Yale New
Haven Health System, working in hand therapy and lymphedema.
Suzanne enjoys seeing the rewarding and challenging clients she treats go from dysfunction to improved
or restored function, whether it be for upper extremity conditions or lymphedema of the arms or legs.
Improving people’s lives is one of the primary reasons she loves her career.
Prior to becoming an OT, Suzanne worked in marketing and as a high school science teacher and brings
these skills to work as an OT, in combination with the latest in continuing education for manual, hand
and lymphedema therapy techniques.
In her free time, Suzanne enjoys running, swimming, going to the beach with her husband Tom, and
playing with their two standard poodles.
